Terms of Use – Storage Ledger

These terms apply to the Storage Ledger app for Salesforce ("the app") published by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you ("the customer") accept these terms.

1. The app

Storage Ledger measures the storage of Files, Enhanced Notes, Attachments and Notes in your Salesforce org, attributes it to Accounts and Opportunities, keeps a history, sends threshold alerts and marks cleanup candidates. The app runs inside your Salesforce org.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app in the Salesforce orgs of your organization for the term of your subscription or trial, under these terms and the AppExchange terms of Salesforce. You may not resell, reverse engineer or copy the app, except as the law allows.

3. No deletion of content

The app never deletes, changes or moves Files, Notes or Attachments. "Cleanup candidate" and "Approved for removal" are review marks only. You are responsible for any deletion that you do based on the app, and for your retention, legal hold and backup obligations.

4. Your data

Your data stays in your Salesforce org. You are the controller of this data. We do not access it. See the privacy policy: https://storage-ledger.apps.elektraset.com/privacy

5. Accuracy

Storage figures are calculated from Salesforce metadata. Legacy Notes are counted at an estimate of 2 KB each. Totals can differ from the Salesforce Storage Usage page, for example because of content that the scanning user cannot see, files in other storage, or the timing of scans. Forecasts are estimates.

6. Fees

Prices, if any, are shown on the AppExchange listing. Paid licenses are managed through Salesforce. Free trials end at the end of the trial period.

7. Support

8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees that you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to limit.

9. Term and termination

You can uninstall the app at any time. We can end the license if you breach these terms. When you uninstall the package, Salesforce removes its objects and data from your org.

10. Changes

We can change these terms. We publish changes on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
